BASE SALARY + COMMISSION ON EACH SALE

At Open Loyalty, we help companies acquire, engage, and retain their customers with our robust toolkit of loyalty and gamification mechanics.
Companies use Open Loyalty to launch innovative loyalty programs at scale and introduce features such as points, tiers, rewards, referrals, coupons, challenges, and more, faster than developing them from scratch.
The solution is used by 50+ companies from retail, insurance, and CPG sectors, coming from 27+ markets and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, JTI, ALDO, or the U.S. Soccer Federation. We are 40+ loyalty and technology professionals who are here to disrupt the future of the loyalty industry.

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven salesperson who can join our growing team as an Account Executive. You will help us generate business in our key markets, accelerate our growth, and maximize the value we deliver to our clients. You will be working on inbound and outbound leads generated by our lead gen engine but we also expect you to leverage your professional network and expertise to generate business opportunities, work on optimizing our go-to-market strategy and execution tactics. 

Our HQ is in Poland, and our reach is truly global. This role is fully remote.


We’re a good fit if…

  • You have a passion for software sales. Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in selling software products. 
  • You are an excellent communicator. Our clients are global companies that are looking to revolutionize their loyalty programs. You will show them that Open Loyalty is the way. Ease in communicating in English is crucial. 
  • You easily build relationships. The loyalty market heavily depends on long-term relationships, and we will rely on your network and relationship-building skills to drive value. 
  • You are outcome-driven. We’re looking for an ambitious individual who can generate tangible results with a no-BS policy. The more you sell, the more you make!
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity. We’re a fast-growing company, and in this environment, you will often wear multiple hats. But no worries - we’ll always be by your side and ready to jump to help or just to bounce ideas off.

Things you will be doing…

  • Working on inbound and outbound leads generated by our lead gen engine, 
  • Providing our awesome clients with comprehensive presentations & product demos, 
  • Managing a full sales cycle from discovery to closure, 
  • Creating business opportunities through your professional network,
  • Defining and executing a personalized  sales plan to meet and exceed goals,
  • Managing & forecasting sales pipeline on a regular basis.
