Open Loyalty successfully obtained the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications in November of 2022, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to quality and information security.

Both certifications are renovated yearly and were successfully renewed in September 2024 –when we also switched to revision 2022 of ISO 27001.

Since the start, we worked together with DEKRA, a globally-recognized compliance partner.

What are the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications

The ISO 9001 certification is a globally recognized standard that focuses on quality management systems. It signifies that Open Loyalty has established processes to consistently meet customer requirements, enhance customer satisfaction, and continuously improve our operations.

On the other hand, the ISO 27001 certification is centered around information security management systems. This certification demonstrates that our company has implemented measures to identify, assess, and manage information security risks effectively. It ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, aligning with international best practices for information security.
