Japan Tobacco International (JTI) is a global tobacco company operating in over 130 markets worldwide. In recent years, the company has been investing heavily in innovative smoke-free products, including Ploom, an electronic tobacco heating device designed as an alternative to traditional cigarettes.

As Ploom gained traction across markets, JTI wanted to build a community around the product and reward customers for choosing their smoke-free alternative. In 2024, the company launched Ploom Club, an omnichannel loyalty program now available across 18 countries.

Ploom Club members earn points for purchases, referrals and engaging with the brand. Those points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Beyond transactions, the program creates a sense of community through exclusive offers, private event invitations, and personalized services that make members feel recognized and valued.
