The program is built around five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond that members move through based on their annual spend. Higher tiers unlock point boosters of up to 6×, exclusive offers, early access to new products and promotions, and dedicated VIP support. New sign-ups also receive double points on their first order, with bonus points for newsletter subscribers and a referral program on the way.
