The collaboration pairs Open Loyalty's enterprise-grade loyalty technology with avolut's decade of Swiss customer-engagement expertise, giving Swiss brands a faster path to modern, gamified loyalty programs to drive CLV and profit margin.

Together, the two companies will help brands across Switzerland design, launch and scale loyalty programs that build lasting customer habits, not just short-term sales spikes.

Under the partnership, avolut will implement Open Loyalty’s API-first loyalty engine for its Swiss client base. The collaboration combines Open Loyalty’s flexible loyalty technology with avolut’s strategy, UX, app-development and data expertise. For more than a decade, avolut has developed high-impact digital solutions for leading Swiss brands including Chicorée and Lehner Versand.

The two companies are already working together on several loyalty program implementations and plan to raise awareness in the Swiss market for the business case behind modern, gamified loyalty programs.
